Accompanying athletes

Achievement Athletes face successes and failures on a daily basis, in order to develop coping skills in and out of the sport various mental skills can be availed. In 1-on-1 sessions we will work specifically on the challenges experienced by the athlete, in order to bring him to optimal performance.
